Chicken Feet with Tomato Sauce and Black Beans

Why I love eating chicken feet?

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 kilo chicken feet (cleaned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp salted black beans
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • laurel leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Saute garlic and onions in a skillet.
  • Then, add cleaned chicken feet and let cook until translucent.
  • Transfer to a pressure cooker, add the tomato sauce, black beans, laurel leaves, sugar and add water to cover.
  • Pressure cook for 20 minutes high and 5 minutes on low.
  • Serve
