Pakora Vegetables (Tempura Vegetables)
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium cauliflower
1/4 kilo okra
1/4 kilo fresh oyster mushrooms
1 medium size potato
1 medium size carrot
Kang kong leaves
Batter:
Besan flour (garbanzos flour)
Dash of iodized salt
Dash pepper
Dash of hinge
1/2 tea spoon corn starch
1 small box Garam masala
Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparations:
Soak for 10 minutes all vegetable w/ baking soda and 500 cc water
Drain with clean water
Cut vegetables to bite sizes good for finger foods
Batter Preparation:
Prepare 1 cup besan flour
Add dash of pepper, salt, hing, cornstarch and 1 tsp garam masala
Add water to the mixture to thicken the sauce
Cooking:
On a frying pan, put oil.
When oil is hot, slowly put veggies soaked in the batter, fry until golden brown.
Drain and sauce.
