Sizzling Pepper Steak
INGREDIENTS:
300 to 500
grams
beef round
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oil in a griddle or medium-sized frying pan. Sear the meat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Add the butter and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Transfer to a preheated sizzling plate and serve with rice.
