Sizzling Pepper Steak

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 to 500 grams beef round
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oil in a griddle or medium-sized frying pan. Sear the meat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Add the butter and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a preheated sizzling plate and serve with rice.
