Buttered Garlic Shrimp

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs. shrimp with shell cleaned
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Melt the butter in a pan. Add the olive oil. Cook until the mixture starts to get hot
  • Add the garlic. Continue to cook until the color turns light brown.
  • Gently add the shrimp. Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the salt. Continue to str-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Enjoy
